TempoLock provides a deletion route for signed-in users, users who signed in with Google/Facebook, people who can no longer sign in, and guest users.
Delete a signed-in TempoLock account
- Open TempoLock.
- Open Profile & Settings and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Select DELETE ACCOUNT & DATA.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
The deletion service removes the TempoLock authentication account and account-linked profile/progress/gameplay records, leaderboard source records, claimed guest history and signed-in problem reports handled by the deletion service.
If you cannot sign in, or you played as a guest
Email support@tempolock.app or open TempoLock without signing in and choose Report a problem → Privacy / data request. State that you want data deleted and provide enough non-secret information to identify the relevant TempoLock account/guest record (for example TempoLock name/ID and, where relevant, the email/provider used for sign-in). Never send a password or access token.
TempoLock may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data where identity/ownership is not obvious.
Facebook app removal
You may also remove TempoLock in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings to revoke Facebook access. Revoking the connection alone does not necessarily delete data already held by TempoLock, so use the deletion route above if you also want TempoLock-held data removed.
What may remain temporarily
Limited security/infrastructure logs or backup copies may remain temporarily until normal expiry, or longer where law requires retention. Public leaderboard views derived from deleted source data should stop including the deleted account after their source data refreshes/recalculates.
